Plant Rocket salad

Decided to plant the small Rocket salad plants http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arugula from the seed tray out to the plot. We first sowed them 16Apr.

Might be too early, let's see how they do. I don't think I will plant these seeds in a seed tray again. I will sow them directly in the plot.

The weather was ok on Sunday (cloudy 15-20C), but by the end of the day we had some thunderstorms and lots of rain. Looks like we will have this for a couple of days.

Pears are coming

We planted four pear trees in 2006. We had quite a bit of blossom a few weeks ago. But we had some bad weather, and it cooled down quite a bit. We were fearing the worst. Today, we spotted our first pear.

Second day of seeding. We had nice weather today as well, cloudy 10-20C.

Seeding time

Today we sowed our first vegetables. Nice weather. Soil was quite dry. We had to sprinkle some water after seeding.
